Comment on Proposed Passport Rule Change That Discriminates Against Transgender, Nonbinary and Intersex People
Comment by March 13: The U.S. State Department has opened a 30-Day public comment period for people to voice their opposition to the proposed federal rule change that discriminates against transgender, nonbinary and intersex people, by requiring all people to list their "sex assigned at birth" on their U.S. passport, based on the federal administration's so-called Executive Order "Defending Women From Gender Ideology Extremism And Restoring Biological Truth To The Federal Government", which is currently being challenged in court.
